Our Mission
To provide the project management discipline to nonprofits to accelerate the realization of positive social outcomes. We do this through pro bono support provided by professional project managers to address nonprofits’ most pressing world-changing initiatives.
What We Do
We facilitate collaboration between project managers and nonprofits to enable better project planning and execution, empowering nonprofits to increase their community impact. We provide this support through our signature Project Management Day of Service (PMDOS®) events around the world and through Continuous Value Delivery (CVD) support throughout the year.
Project Management Day of Service (PMDOS)®
PMDOS® is typically a one-day community service event where teams of experienced project manager volunteers provide pro bono (free and professional) project management support to nonprofit participants.
Our signature PMDOS® event is held annually in the Washington, D.C., region. It serves as a model for similar events around the world to help nonprofits everywhere improve their ability to deliver on their missions - whether it’s feeding the hungry, housing veterans, or any of a myriad of worthy social causes.
Continuous Value Delivery (CVD)
Our Continuous Value Delivery program is like PMDOS®, only on a longer timeline (up to three months). We match each nonprofit with a team of project managers and other subject matter experts to provide pro bono support for a project that addresses a critical need of the nonprofit.
